REGISTRATION INFORMATION
1. The Registration Form & Eligibility Proforma will be sent to the college along with event posters & brochurs.
2. Participant college has to pay the entry fee
a. Participating up to 10 events Rs. 2,500/-
b. Participating above 10 events Rs. 5,000/-
DD should be drawn in favour of Principal, CIT, Gubbi.
3. Forms (registration & eligibility) completed in all respect, along with the DD shall be submitted on or before 5th OCTOBER 2010.
4. Two copies of Stamp sized photographs of each participant & accompanist need to be sent with the forms.
5. No modification in the participants list of registration form shall be entertained at any future date.
6. To complete the registration the team Managers / authorized person appointed by the team manager are only allowed.
7. Team managers shall bring photo copies of Registration & Eligibility forms in person to the registration counter, along with original College ID Cards of the participants.
8. Event ID Cards shall be issued to each participant through the team managers.

Choreography Filmy Group
( Organised by hosting Institution, no points will be given. Attractive prizes will be given by the hosting Institution Including in 40 contingents)
· Only one entry per Institution is allowed.
· Maximum 10 participants allowed per team. The team may consist of all boys, all girls or a mixture of both.
· The number of accompanists permissible is five.
· The dance can be either western/film/remix film song/album songs.
· Duration of dance should not be more than 10 minutes.
· The participating team will be responsible for removal of their sets / properties etc. immediately after the completion of their performance.
· Judgment will be based on the basis of Rhythm, Formation, Expression, Costumes,
· Make-up, Sets on Overall Effect.
- Time for setting is maximum 3 minutes.
- No points will given for this events.
- Attractive prize will be given for best three teams.

5. FINE ARTS
(g) Spot Photography:
- A college/Institution can send one participant.
- The participant has to bring his/her own digital camera of not more than 12 mega pixels
- The digital camera should have a memory card which will be formatted by the judges before the commencement of the contest
- The time limit will be 2.30 hours
- The participant has to capture 5 photographs on the theme announced on the spot by the judges
- No mixing, matching or morphing of photographs will be permitted.
- Software such as Photoshop etc. for enhancing images not permitted.
- The organizers will have all rights for the use of these pictures as and when they deem fit.

- Maximum numbers of six participants are allowed to participate in this item.
- Judgment will most likely be based on the qualities like idea, creativity of presentation, use of make-up, music and general impression.
